Wallyford Community Council (WCC) is one of 20 Community Councils in East Lothian. Entirely independent of East Lothian Council, we are a voluntary organisation that acts as a voice for Wallyford.
We express the views and concerns of local people on a wide range of issues and are represented on the local Area Partnership which helps shape local priorities and approve funding to address agreed priorities.
WCC meet on the last Wednesday of every month (excluding July and December) to discuss issues affecting Wallyford, including planning and licensing applications.
All meetings are held in public at Wallyford Community Centre and residents are encouraged to attend.
Further information about the role of Community Councils is available on the Scottish Government or Scottish Community Councils websites.
